Sunday mornings are the heart of Beyond Northwood CC's activities. Riders meet early, typically around 6:30 AM in the summer, for a 50-60 mile route leaving from Northwood. Expect an average speed of 17-18+ mph on these outings. The goal is to be back by 10:00 AM, leaving the rest of the day free.
