3.2 Account Registration

4.2 Claiming a Listing

Club or store owners may claim their listing to update information. By claiming a listing, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that the information you provide is accurate.

4.3 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as reviews), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Paid Services

5.1 Verified Listings

We offer paid verification services for clubs and stores. Verified listings receive additional features such as the ability to upload logos, banners, and receive dofollow backlinks.

5.2 Payment and Billing

• Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP)
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your billing period

5.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription has been activated. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Sportverse name, logo, design, and original content are our intellectual property. You may not use these without our written permission.

6.2 Third-Party Content

Club logos, store images, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. We display such content under fair use principles or with permission.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, listings are often based on third-party data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing information.

7.2 No Endorsement

The inclusion of a club or store on our platform does not constitute an endorsement. We recommend conducting your own research before joining any club or making purchases.

7.3 Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to our services but cannot guarantee availability at all times. We may suspend access for maintenance or other reasons without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for the actions of clubs, stores, or other users

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sportverse and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Paid subscriptions will not be refunded for the remaining period

12. Governing Law
