Gear Up CC

Gear Up CC provides a community for Birmingham cyclists passionate about bikes and connecting with fellow riders. The club fosters a welcoming atmosphere for individuals of all abilities, encouraging participation and camaraderie.

Saturday mornings are a key feature of the club's activities. Two group rides depart from Farthings, Green Lane, Castle Brom at 9 am. Group A covers approximately 35-45 miles at an average pace of 17-19 mph, while Group B rides 25-30 miles at 15-17 mph. Both groups meet for a coffee stop, providing a chance to socialise. For those seeking mid-week training, Turbo Tuesdays take place at 6:30 pm, averaging 18-20 mph.
