Spinners and Grinders CC (SGCC)

Spinners and Grinders CC brings together road cycling enthusiasts in and around Southampton. More than just a club, it's a group of friends sharing a passion for bikes, camaraderie, and the simple pleasures of a good ride, a strong coffee, and perhaps an occasional post-ride beer.

The club offers regular group rides on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Impromptu rides also take place on Saturdays and weekdays, often exploring the scenic New Forest and surrounding areas. All abilities are welcome, with rides catering to varying speeds and experience levels.
