Wincanton Wheelers

Established in 2017, Wincanton Wheelers brings cyclists together in the South England town of Wincanton. The club offers a welcoming environment for riders of all abilities, from those new to the sport to seasoned veterans. A spirit of camaraderie and shared enjoyment of cycling defines the club's atmosphere.

The club's activities cater to a range of interests. Tuesday evenings are ideal for beginners. Thursday evenings offer a faster, more challenging 'Hare and Hound' ride. Weekends provide opportunities for longer outings. Saturday mornings are for social rides of approximately 25 miles. Sunday mornings see members tackling distances of 40 to 60 miles, with the occasional longer adventure. All rides start from the River Cale Cafe in Cale Park, Wincanton. Road riding, time trials and social events are all part of the club mix.

Wincanton Wheelers is affiliated with both British Cycling and Cycling Time Trials. This provides members with access to organised events and insurance benefits.
